Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to LaundrIQ Pvt. Ltd. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operating under the brand name laundriq.in. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our laundry, dry cleaning, darning, pickup, and delivery services (collectively, the “Services”).

By placing an order with LaundrIQ, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

2. Definitions

  • “Customer” or “You” – the person or entity placing an order.
  • “Order” – request for laundry/dry-cleaning services via website, app, phone, or WhatsApp.
  • “Garment” – any clothing, linen, or fabric item submitted for service.
  • “Pickup & Delivery” – door-step collection and return service within supported areas of Coimbatore.

3. Ordering and Payment

  • Orders can be placed via laundriq.in, mobile app, WhatsApp (+91-7604905696), or phone.
  • Payment is due at the time of delivery unless pre-paid online.
  • We accept UPI, cards, net banking, wallet, and cash on delivery.
  • Prices are inclusive of GST and displayed on the order summary.
  • Minimum order value may apply for free pickup/delivery.

4. Pickup and Delivery

• Pickup and delivery slots are subject to availability and traffic conditions.

• We aim for ±60 minutes accuracy on chosen time slots. Delays beyond 2 hours qualify for rescheduling or 10% discount on next order.

• Customer must be available or authorize someone to hand over/receive garments.

• Service areas are currently limited to Coimbatore city limits.

5. Care Labels and Liability

We process garments strictly according to manufacturer care labels.

We are not liable for:

  • Damage due to improper or missing care labels
  • Pre-existing stains, wear & tear, or color bleeding
  • Items left in pockets (cash, jewelry, documents, etc.)
  • Shrinkage or damage on “Dry Clean Only” or “Hand Wash” items if customer insists on alternative method

Maximum liability per garment is limited to 10 times the service charge or ₹2,000 (whichever is lower).

6. Lost or Damaged Items

Report any missing or damaged garment within 24 hours of delivery via email support@laundriq.in or WhatsApp.

Claims after 24 hours will not be entertained.

Compensation (if approved) will be issued as account credit or bank transfer within 7 working days.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

  • • Orders can be cancelled free of charge before pickup.
  • • Post-pickup cancellation incurs 50% charge.
  • • Refunds for online payments are processed within 5–7 business days.

8. Privacy

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for delays or failure in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control (natural disasters, riots, government restrictions, pandemics, etc.).

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
